Tandoori Chicken Wrap:

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon tandoori paste
1/2 cup reduced-fat natural yoghurt
300 g skinless chicken fillets, cut into strips
1 teaspoon canola oil
100 g rocket leaves
4 tortilla wraps
Method:
1. Mix the tandoori paste and the yoghurt ā coat the chicken. Leave to stand for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Pre-heat a frying pan on medium to high.
3. Place oil in pan and heat. Add chicken, cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
4. Divide rocket leaves and chicken equally between four wraps.
5. Roll and serve.
